LOCKHOUSE

Team

Those who build it, and those who challenge it.

Sovereign AI for policing and national security cannot be assembled from theory. It requires people who have already shipped this work at scale.

Technology leadership comes from deep-tech software and electronics, most recently in online safety and govtech, with a record of building products, teams and companies as both operator and board director. Engineering discipline comes from twenty years of scaling venture-backed software through hyper-growth. Operating instincts come from the FCDO, including national security crisis response. Policy depth comes from the Cabinet Office and national policing.
